Former US Congressman: Devastating Financial Crisis Imminent

  • Published on May 6, 2015
A former Republican congressman has warned that a devastating financial crisis is imminent in the United States. Ron Paul, whose son is running for 2016 presidential race, says the crisis won’t be solved with bailouts. He added that the government’s disastrous policies have put Americans at great risk which would plunge the US into civil unrest. Paul also predicted that stock prices would drop and pension fund would collapse. He further said the U-S dollar would be rejected for almost any non-paper alternative. The ex-lawmaker asserted that the US society would see erosion of personal liberties. This, as reports showed that the U-S trade deficit has jumped to its highest level in more than six years. Paul’s doomsday view could complicate Rand Paul’s bid for the presidential rally.
