  Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time.
   
  In this exclusive interview for Prison Planet.tv subscribers, Livingston explains how for decades the US government has had the power to both lessen and increase the severity of adverse weather for their own purposes.
   
  Dr. Livingston was assigned in 1966 from the Naval weapons research Laboratory to a marine fighter squadron in Vietnam. Instead of guns, the aircraft under Livingston’s control were fitted with cloud seeding equipment. “My mission was to find clouds and seed them for maximum precipitation value” he stated.
   
  Dr. Livingston presents evidence from the Stanford research Institute, who were brought into Project Storm Fury (a weather control program) in the late sixties as a third party, which stated conclusively that knowledge of how to stop hurricanes had been uncovered and that they would be directly liable should a hurricane hit and cause extensive damage and loss of life. Four decades later and Livingston exposes how the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina could have been greatly minimized but was allowed to fully impact Gulf states for political reasons.
   
  Having personally flown on 265 missions into the eyes of hurricanes, Livingston remarks that he was “disgusted” by the failure to lessen the impact of Katrina. Livingston’s revelations that weather control has been a decades long program in which the US government has been deeply involved are particularly alarming given the abundant modern-day evidence of how chemtrails are being used to warp our environment in a secret geoengineering plot that threatens a myriad of unknown human health and ecological consequences.

  NATO Insists It Has Video Showing Killing of ‘Armed Insurgents’
  A four day NATO offensive in Afghanistan’s Kunar Province has left at least 64 innocent civilians dead and several others wounded, according to both the provincial governor and the provincial police chief.
    
  Gen. Ziayi, the police chief, said that of the slain, 15 were men, 20 women and 29 were children. The governor later confirmed the overall total but reported only 26 children, with 16 men and 22 women. The public health director for Kunar says that eight civilians are still being treated for major injuries sustained in the offensive, including four children. He also said that officials have called on the Red Cross to investigate the attacks.
   
  NATO has also promised an investigation, but insisted that they had video showing their ground troops killing “36 armed insurgents.” Since this was just one incident over the course of four days of offensives, it is unclear why they thought the existence of such a video would refute the claims of massive civilian deaths.

  Reuters BAGHDAD — Fadel Mohammad Ra’ad, 10, is one of thousands of children who have lost their parents to the endless violence that has been gripping Iraq since the 2003 US-led invasion. “My parents were killed in an explosion at the center of Baghdad last year, leaving me and my sister to no one,” the kid told IslamOnline.net in a Baghdad orphanage. “I have relatives but all of them have refused to take us in,” he added choking at the memory.
  “We were forced to work to survive.”
   
  Children, like many other civilians, are the silent victims of violence in war-torn Iraq. “Violence in Iraq has vast characteristics. Sectarian violence, resistance against US troops, traditional behaviors and the fight against the hungry,” explains Haydar Hassan Kareem, a sociologist. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs estimate that around 4,5 million children are orphans. Nearly 70 percent of them lost their parents since the invasion and the ensuing violence.
   
  From the total number, around 600,000 children are living in the streets without a house or food to survive. Only 700 children are living in the 18 orphanages existing in the country, lacking their most essential needs. “Unfortunately the budget allocated to projects that help street children and orphans is decreasing day in and day out,” notes an Iraqi Red Crescent employee refusing to give his name.
   
  “Worse still, almost no NGO is dedicating itself to this group of kids who are subject to trafficking and sexual abuses in the streets.”
   
  Abused
  Hamed Abdel-Sattar, 9, has to spend hours at the streets moving from one traffic light to another trying to make a living for him and his 7-year-old sister. “My father was killed during the invasion and my mother seven months later in a suicide attack,” he said. “We don’t know where our relatives are and had to steel to get enough money to buy candies and sell them today,” he added. “I know what I did is wrong but we had to eat. I think that God will forgive me,” reasons the nine-year-old. “Sometimes I cry alone and don’t eat to leave it for my sister but one day I will be rich and will help all orphans in Iraq.”
   
  Living together at an abandoned shop on the outskirts of Baghdad, Abdel-Sattar says he was once sexual abused while trying to prevent his sister from being raped. “They took me because I helped her to escape,” he says, closing his eyes to the ugly memory.
   
  Cruel Orphanages
  Abdel-Sattar was taken to a local orphanage weeks after his mother was killed but run away after constant aggressions from the local employees. “They hate us. They treat us like animals and the food was bad,” he remembers. “Everything was dirty and I couldn’t see my sister being hurt anymore. I decided to take her and search for a place to stay. The streets are much better than that hell.”
   
  Ra’ad and his sister, who were recently moved to one orphanage in Baghdad, confirms the same pattern. “Life here isn’t easy and most people working at this place are cruel with children.” During a military raid in an area northwest of Baghdad in June 2007, US troops discovered more than twenty naked and abused boys at the al-Hanan orphanage. A senior official at the government-run Al-Hanan told IOL all staffs have since been changed.
   
  “Iraqi orphanages have a bad history of torture and bad treatments but we are trying to change this. However, we need huge investments to comfort these children and after that we will be able to receive more street children.” He argues that children are being looked after with more care and tenderness, though the children say otherwise.
   
  Kareem, the sociologist, warns that many children will be left scared for the rest of their lives. “Innocent children are paying for being part of this scenario. “First they lose their parents and then they have to live in places with people who do not care about their psychological well-being.”

  London, Feb 20(ANI): Double murder-accused US official Raymond Davis has been found in possession of top-secret CIA documents, which point to him or the feared American Task Force 373 (TF373) operating in the region, providing Al-Qaeda terrorists with “nuclear fissile material” and “biological agents,” according to a report.
   
  Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is warning that the situation on the sub-continent has turned “grave” as it appears that open warfare is about to break out between Pakistan and the United States, The European Union Times reports. The SVR warned in its report that the apprehension of 36-year-old Davis, who shot dead two Pakistani men in Lahore last month, had fuelled this crisis.
   
  According to the report, the combat skills exhibited by Davis, along with documentation taken from him after his arrest, prove that he is a member of US’ TF373 black operations unit currently operating in the Afghan War Theatre and Pakistan’s tribal areas, the paper said.
   
  While the US insists that Davis is one of their diplomats, and the two men he killed were robbers, Pakistan says that the duo were ISI agents sent to follow him after it was discovered that he had been making contact with al Qaeda, after his cell phone was tracked to the Waziristan tribal area bordering Afghanistan, the paper said.
   
  The most ominous point in this SVR report is “Pakistan’s ISI stating that top-secret CIA documents found in Davis’s possession point to his, and/or TF373, providing to al Qaeda terrorists “nuclear fissile material” and “biological agents”, which they claim are to be used against the United States itself in order to ignite an all-out war in order to re-establish the West’s hegemony over a Global economy that is warned is just months away from collapse,” the paper added.   BAGHDAD, Iraq — A British armored vehicle escorted by a tank crashed into a detention center Monday in Basra and rescued two undercover troops held by police, an Iraqi Interior Ministry official told CNN. British Defense Ministry Secretary John Reid confirmed two British military personnel were “released,” but he gave no details on how they were freed.
   
  In a statement released in London, Reid did not say why the two had been taken into custody. But the Iraqi official, who spoke to CNN on condition of anonymity, said their arrests stemmed from an incident earlier in the day.
   
  The official said two unknown gunmen in full Arabic dress began firing on civilians in central Basra, wounding several, including a traffic police officer. There were no fatalities, the official said. The two gunmen fled the scene but were captured and taken in for questioning, admitting they were British marines carrying out a “special security task,” the official said.

  Iraqi police detained two British soldiers in civilian clothes in the southern city Basra for firing on a police station on Monday, police said. “Two persons wearing Arab uniforms opened fire at a police station in Basra. A police patrol followed the attackers and captured them to discover they were two British soldiers,” an Interior Ministry source told Xinhua.
   
  The two soldiers were using a civilian car packed with explosives, the source said. He added that the two were being interrogated in the police headquarters of Basra. The British forces informed the Iraqi authorities that the two soldiers were performing an official duty, the source said. British military authorities said they could not confirm the incident but investigations were underway.

  During a security meeting in the Caucasus city of Vladikavkaz, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev predicted decades of instability and strife if protesters he deemed fanatics come to power in the Middle East and North Africa.
    
  “These states are difficult, and it is quite probable that hard times are ahead, including the arrival at power of fanatics. This will mean fires for decades and the spread of extremism,” the Russian leader said in televised comments. “They have prepared such a scenario for us before, and now more than ever they will try and realize it. In any case, this scenario won’t succeed,” he remarked, without identifying the people he considers a threaten to the Russian government.
   
  Medvedev made the comments after three Russian tourists were gunned down at a North Caucasus ski resort. On Friday night, police engaged in a shoot-out with suspected Islamist separatists. Other attacks have heightened security concerns in the region, including the blowing up of a cable-car and the killing a policeman and an official in Kabardino-Balkaria in the primarily Muslim North Caucasus. Russia has called for shutting down tourism in the area.
   
  Over the last fifteen years, Russia has battled an Islamic insurgency covertly supported by the United States and Britain in Chechnya and the wider Caucasus region. CIA and Pakistan ISI trained and financed Mujahideen fighters were transplanted to the volatile Chechnya region after they had routed the Soviet Union in Afghanistan.
    
  According to Andrew Gavin Marshall, the conflict in Chechnya was planned during a secret meeting (HizbAllah International) in 1996 attended by CIA asset Osama bin Laden and high-ranking officials of the Pakistani ISI, whose involvement in Chechnya went “far beyond supplying the Chechens with weapons and expertise: the ISI and its radical Islamic proxies are actually calling the shots in this war.” In short, the CIA micromanaged the war in Chechnya and elsewhere in the Caucasus.
   
  The main rebel leaders of the manufactured Chechnya conflict were Shamil Basayev and Al Khattab, notes Michel Chossudovsky. Both were trained and indoctrinated in CIA sponsored camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
   
  In addition to Osama bin Laden, al-Qaeda’s second in command Ayman al-Zawahiri was reportedly present Sofia, Bulgaria, after September 1994. Al-Zawahiri was the head of Egypt’s Islamic Jihad, an organization created by the Muslim Brotherhood, itself a creation of British intelligence and used to defeat pan-Arab nationalism.
   
  Muslim extremist and al-Qaeda member Abu Qatada is also involved in recruiting and soliciting funds for the destabilization effort in Russia’s breakaway republics. From June 1996 onwards, Qatada worked as an operative for British intelligence.
   
  Zbigniew Brzezinski, former Carter national security advisor, admits that al-Qaeda and the larger Islamic terror network was fabricated in part to destabilize the former Soviet Union. “What is most important to the history of the world? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some stirred-up Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the Cold War?” Brzezinski told Le Nouvel Observateur in 1998.
    
  Medvedev and the Russians are well aware of this history and the fact the Islamic terror network currently operating within the Caucasus is a western intelligence operation. His comments in Vladikavkaz also included a warning issued to domestic political opponents. He said they will not be permitted to “rock the boat,” thus continuing the policy of predecessor, Vladimir Putin, in sanctioning violence against anti-government protests.
   
  Russia is well aware that the CIA and the western intelligence apparatus with its aassociated NGOs and government funded front organizations was behind the so-called “color revolutions” in the former Soviet states of Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine, and Kyrgyzstan. An increasing body of evidence suggests the same globalist elements were behind the Cedar Revolution in Lebanon, the Jasmine Revolution in Tunisia, the so-called Lotus Revolution in Egypt that displaced the old client state boss Mubarak, and most importantly the failed Green Revolution orchestrated in Iran during the 2009 presidential elections.
    
  Medvedev understands that fanatics in the Middle East – primarily emanating from the Muslim Brotherhood and other covert intelligence operations – are not interested in democracy for the people of the region, but rather installing an extremist caliphate that will be used eventually as a pretext to instigate a larger and more portentous war.
