  - Gas prices will be between US$4-5/gallon in 9 -15 months. US$ 150-200/barrel oil.
  - They will break the US via hyperinflation.
  - The dollar will be dead; it will have no value by end of 2012, elite will complete plan.
  - When the Euro crashes, you will have two to three weeks to get out of all paper assets including US$.
  - The elite’s currency is gold and silver. They will go much higher!You must go to gold and silver to protect yourself.
  - They will go straight to a World Currency. They have decided to bypassthe intermediate plan of a North American Union and go straight to a global New World Order.
  - They told him 2 years ago there would be a crisis in the Middle East.
     They engineered the Egypt crisis.
  - The Suez Canal carries 30% of the world’s oil supply; oil pipeline called Sumed carries lots of oil; it’s in grave danger; if either were bombed or closed, we could see gasoline go up in hours.
  - The Muslim brotherhood intend to take over the entire Middle East.
  - Egypt and Israel have a border that meets for 160 miles long. Israel is worried about developments.
  - Muslim brotherhood is starting in on Jordan
  -  It’s happening in Tunisia.
  - Mr Mubarak has a personal wealth of 70 billion dollars.
  - Kuwait will suffer the same fate as Egypt.
  - Last week Kuwait gave every person that could prove their citizenship $3,500 if they would keep quiet and not support the Muslim brotherhood.
  - The House of Saud, Saudi Arabia is afraid also as they are targeted.
  - When all these happen, price of crude oil will rocket up.
  - Elite said don’t be concerned about North and South Korea.
  - He said China is the big issue. He said watch China and Russia.
  - China more than likely will increase the value of their currency; it will automatically decrease the value of the US$ and it will cause hyper-inflation here.
  - He said China is going to be the big one. Watch China and Russia.
  - China is trusting Russia for crude oil and natural gas; Russia is the number one supplier of crude oil in the world.
  - China and Russia made an agreement not to use the US$; this means the end of the US$ as reserve currency.
  - Elite control both China and Russia.
  - Elite will bring in a new global currency. They will come in with a One World Currency and at this point, China will begin to have problems.
  - Elite said watch the Euro; when it has massive problems, it will crash; get out of paper assets.
  - They said watch crude oil because it will tell you where the progress of the program is.
  - Their timetable is by the end of 2012 the USD and EUR will have little to no value.
  - Elites are already out of stock market.
  - Go to insider trading and look at the records. Jan 10^th through the 14^th of 2011, they sold 163 million worth of their own companies’ stock; they did not purchase 1 single stock that entire week

  Turkey: Marmara raid victims shot at close range
  Turkish report on lethal Marmara raid says Israeli troops shot five victims from close range, two passengers killed before soldiers boarded vessel. Earlier, Turkel inquiry cleared IDF of any wrongdoing.
    
  A Turkish government inquiry into the IDF raid on a Gaza-bound flotilla that killed eight Turks and a Turkish-American says Israeli soldiers shot five victims from close range. The report released Friday says two of the victims were killed even before soldiers boarded the Turkish ship in May. The report also says Israel blatantly violated international laws.
    
  Israeli commandos raided the flotilla as it sought to break Israel’s Gaza blockade. Israel says the commandos were defending themselves. Notably, the Turkish findings are at odds with the conclusions of an earlier Israeli inquiry into the incident. Last month, the Turkel Committee cleared the IDF and Israeli government of any wrongdoing, which sparked Turkish protests.
   
  The nearly 300-page Turkel report, which was also endorsed by foreign observers, said the actions of the soldiers involved in the raid “were found to be legal pursuant to the rules of international law” and that they opened fire in self-defense.
   
  Erdogan ‘appalled and dismayed’
  The commission cleared the soldiers of any use of unnecessary violence, stating: “It is possible to determine that the IDF soldiers acted professionally and with great presence of mind in light of the extreme violence which they hadn’t expected.”
   
  Navy commandos involved in the raid described a chaotic scene on board the Turkish vessel and recounted a near-lynch experience. The first soldier on the scene described it as a battlefield; while still in the air, he saw that the activists awaiting bellow were wearing gas masks and life jackets and were armed with iron clubs, rods and axes, he said.
    
  Later, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan slammed the conclusions of the Turkel committee probe, saying it had “no value or credibility.” Erdogan told reporters in Ankara that he was “appalled and dismayed” at the results of the Israeli inquiry.

  America, poised for a hyperinflationary event?
  It is a long standing proposition of many, supported on both theoretical and historical grounds, that one of the surest roads to hyperinflation is one grounded in a government whose answer to every economic and social problem is to borrow and spend the problem away, supported by central bank able, willing and ready to finance the effort.  That support is of course to simply print the money through which to buy the debt so issued by the government – what is euphemistically called monetizing the debt – thereby exploding the supply of money and eventually trashing its value. We here at THE CONTRARIAN TAKE wholeheartedly agree with this proposition.
   
  So, given the extraordinary borrowing needs of the U.S. government, currently being supported by a Federal Reserve whose QE II asset purchase program is large enough to finance 100% of the government’s funding requirements through at least June, we thought we would take a look at the prospects for a hyperinflationary event in America.  And while we think hyperinflation – defined as the total destruction in the value of the U.S. dollar – is a low probability event, a lot, and we do mean a lot more monetary inflation most definitely is not.  You see, when you have a government that seems reluctant to change its borrow and spend policies in any meaningful way – a subject we took on here – teamed up with a central bank chaired by a man who thinks that loose fiscal and monetary policies are the springboard for a downtrodden economy, you have a recipe for a whole heap of monetary inflation.  Indeed, in the opinion of THE CONTRARIAN TAKE, never has a U.S. central bank been chaired by a man who is more certain that loose fiscal and monetary policies are exactly what an economy mired in excess productive capacity and high unemployment requires to make things right.

  The Zionist Roots of the “War on Terror”
  Until recently I accepted Israel’s self-image as a beleaguered, peace-loving nation in a sea of blood thirsty Arabs. The idea that this tiny state had imperialist designs seemed ludicrous. But what if, unknown to most people, including Israelis, the world’s power elite were using Israel to advance their plan for New World Order? What if Israel’s role were to colonize the Middle East, and to become the seat of the World Religion?
   
  “Israel’s Sacred Terrorism” (1980) by Livia Rokach, a 63-page on line monograph suggests that this bizarre scenario may not be so preposterous. Rokach’s monograph is based on revelations from the personal diary of Moshe Sharett, who was Israeli’s first Foreign Minister from 1948-1956, and Prime Minister from 1954-1956.
   
  According to this diary, which the Israelis tried to suppress, Israel’s image of vulnerability was a ruse. Israel has always planned to become the dominant power in the region, and “invented dangers” in order to dupe its citizens and provoke wars. In his diary, Sharett quotes a conversation with Army Chief of Staff Moshe Dayan in May 1955:
   
  “We face no danger at all of an Arab advantage of force for the next 8-10 years…Reprisal actions which we couldn’t carry out if we were tied to a security pact are our vital lymph…they make it possible for us to maintain a high level of tension in our population and in the army. Without these actions we would have ceased to be a combative people… “
   
  Sharett concludes: “The state…. must see the sword as the main if not the only, instrument with which to keep its morale high and to retain its moral tension. Toward this end it may — no it MUST — invent dangers, and to do this it must adopt the method of provocation and revenge…. And above all, let us hope for a new war with the Arab countries so that we may finally get rid of our troubles and acquire our space.” (41, emphasis mine)
   
  “COVERT AGGRESSION”
  This policy of “reprisals” or “provocation and revenge” was also called “covert aggression.” The U.S. “war on terror” is a continuation of it. Essentially it involves disguising a policy of aggression as retaliation for sham provocations.
   
  For example, Israeli patrols would cross the border to attack Jordanians or Egyptians, and then claim the actions took place in Israel. Once attacked, the army pursued the “aggressors” into enemy territory and wreaked havoc. Ariel Sharon was the leader of a squad (“Unit 101″) that specialized in these murderous forays. His 1953 raid on the Jordanian village of Kibiyah killed dozens of civilians. (30)
   
  In March 1954, an Israeli bus travelling between Eilat and Beersheba was attacked and 10 passengers were killed. The UN armistice Commissioner, a Col. Henderson said, “from the testimonies of the survivors, it is not proved that all the murderers were Arabs.” He attributed the attack to “terrorists intent on increasing the tensions in the area.” (28) Thereupon the Israelis left the Armistice Commission in protest.
   
  In June-July 1954 an Israeli terrorist squad blew up many British and American institutions in Cairo in an attempt to sour relations between the Arabs and the West. Dubbed the “Levon Affair,” possibly this was a precursor to the attack on the World Trade Centre.
   
  From the point of view of “covert aggression”, if terrorism didn’t exist, Israel would have to create it. Possibly, Israel’s security establishment inspired some recent attacks on Israelis. In some instances, the terrorists are described as “white.” Remember the sniper who killed 10 Israeli reservists at a checkpoint? If he were Arab, wouldn’t he have struck again?
   
  Most Arab terrorism is no doubt authentic. But I wouldn’t be surprised if at critical junctures, Israel’s “security establishment was behind it. Israeli commentators lament that Israel is not a democracy. They say its security establishment has hijacked the country. One pundit remarked, “Israel is not a state with an army, but an army with an affiliated state.” They also lament that a culture of corruption, brutality and immorality pervades the army.   WHO IS THE ILLUMINATI?
  The world’s wealthiest families have more in common with each other than they do with humanity. From their perspective, we are “useless eaters.” In the guise of “globalism,” they plan to increase and consolidate their wealth and power, and reduce everyone else’s.
   
  The heart of the Illuminati’s power is the banking and oil cartels, (Rothschild, Rockefeller) but it includes many interlocking cartels like media, pharmaceuticals, defence, illegal drugs and prostitution. It operates through the world’s intelligence agencies, and groups like the Council on Foreign relations, which grooms all US leaders.   All of this sounds fantastic because it is kept out of the media and education systems, which are mental caretakers in an invisible asylum. Recently, Americans have been recruited to do the grunt work of subjugating Islam. This is not the first time the Illuminati has used the U.S. in this fashion. America was embroiled in World War One to free a million British soldiers to conquer Palestine for the Zionists. In the Second World War, the U.S. saved Communist Russia’s bacon. Both Communism and Zionism are creations and instruments of the central bankers.
   
  THE USES OF ANTI SEMITISM
  The Illuminati has always used anti Semitism to trick Jews into advancing its nefarious goals. In the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” the speaker confesses the illuminati has “wiped out every kind of rule except our own.” Nevertheless it allows attacks on its plan for world domination in order to create anti Semitism. “Anti Semitism is indispensable to us for the management of our lesser brethren.” (9-2)
   
  From childhood Jews are taught that they are disliked for no rational reason and Israel is insurance against another holocaust. This attitude dehumanizes their opponents and obviates the need for genuine self-criticism. Often the question is not, is something true or false? Right or wrong? But, “Is it good for the Jews?”
   
  Traumatizing people and convincing them that irrational fiends threaten their survival is an effective form of mind control. Such people will throw morality and reason to the wind and, if necessary, become savage, mindless killers themselves. They are easily exploited by forces that may not be Jewish at all, that may be anti Semitic, and plot their destruction.
   
  Now the Illuminati is using the same tactic on Americans. The Mossad’s fingerprints are all over 9-11.   If Osama bin Laden didn’t exist, the United States and Britain would have created him. Osama may be genuine but there is evidence that he has received money from the British MI-6 as recently as 1996. According to the French daily Le Figaro, Ben Laden met with the CIA station chief in Dubai in July 2001. He serves the purpose of those inciting a bogus “clash of civilizations.”

  Ron Paul: QE2 Is a Total Failure and Bernanke Is Delusional About Inflation
  Ben Bernanke faced some tough questions at the House Budget Committee hearing Wednesday. Still, the Fed chairman is probably glad he wasn’t before the House Domestic Monetary Policy and Technology Subcommittee, which is chaired by Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tx.)
   
  Rep. Paul joined Dan Gross and me Wednesday afternoon to discuss Bernanke’s testimony and his subcommittee’s hearing. As you might expect, the longtime Fed critic took umbrage with Bernanke’s testimony, most notably the chairman’s claims that QE2 is working and that inflation isn’t brewing. (See: Under Pressure: Bernanke-Ryan Square Off as Ron Paul Waits in the Wings.)
   
  QE2 is a “total failure,” except for those folks who work on Wall Street,” Rep. Paul says. “It hasn’t done anything for Main Street; hasn’t done anything to give us real jobs; hasn’t done anything for people who are losing their houses.”
   
  As for inflation, “I think there’s plenty,” Rep. Paul says, citing “skyrocketing” commodity prices and rising food prices. One problem is the Fed’s reliance on core CPI, which famously excludes food and energy and relies on hedonic adjustments. “They rig that number,” he says. “[Bernanke] looks at government stats that are fudged to reassure him he doesn’t have to do anything.”
   
  With the Republicans controlling the House and Rep. Paul’s views now more mainstream, the Texas Congressman has somewhat toned down his public criticisms of the Fed lately. Still, he hasn’t changed a fundamental view that central economic policymaking via the Fed is doomed to fail.
   
  “We’re trying to correct the massive problems we had this decade with more” of the same policies, he laments. “He’s supposed to give us full employment and stable prices and we have neither. How did the Fed do?”
   
  Rep. Paul says he’d support stripping the Fed of its dual mandate – full employment and price stability – as others in Congress have discussed. But he doesn’t think it will do much good and continue to push for a full audit of the Fed and some “competition” for the dollar, as you’ll see in part 2 of this interview.
