   …. Howard Davidowitz, a corporate restructuring professional, is encouraged by Ireland’s “positive action.” The key in any restructuring, he says, is to “make hard decisions,” which it looks like Ireland is prepared to do.
   
  Unfortunately for Europe, the crisis doesn’t end with Ireland. Interest rates in Spain, Portugal and Greece (already the recipient of bailout) are rising. Davidowitz says the situation in Spain is increasingly troublesome thanks to a 20% unemployment rate and housing crash. Don’t be surprised to see the “PIIGS” announce more austerity measures in the future.
   
  The situation in Europe, and specifically Ireland, is very similar to what’s happened in the United States, Davidowitz notes. The only major difference is the U.S. can still borrow very cheaply. But, unlike Europe we’ve “done nothing! Nothing!” to get spending under control. He fears “the U.S. dollar is at risk” and could face a crisis “in the next two years,” if we don’t start our own austerity plan.
   
  Step one, he says: End quantitative easing and allow the Bush-Era tax cuts to expire. “I don’t think we should cut taxes for anybody,” says Davidowitz, noting we could have paid for the $3.8 trillion deficit-cutting plan the President’s commission is recommending by not passing the Bush tax cuts in the first place.

South Korea Warns of ‘Enormous Retaliation’!

• South Korean president Lee Myung-Bak has attended the Council on Foreign Relations meetings (CFR, Illuminati) a few times. He is undoubtedly Illuminist. He is a puppet of the Anglo-American cabal.   South Korea warns of ‘enormous retaliation’
  Two Koreas on brink of war as pressure mounts for response
  The divided Korean peninsula appeared to be teetering on the brink of all-out war yesterday after the North fired dozens of shells across the border during military drills by the South. Two South Korean soldiers were killed and 16 other people were reportedly injured.
   
  The artillery bombardment – one of the heaviest since the Korean War ended without a peace treaty in 1953 – left parts of Yeonpyeong island in the Yellow Sea, north-west of the capital Seoul, in smoking ruins.
   
  President Lee Myung-bak put the South’s military on its highest alert and called the shelling a “completely unforgivable” attack on civilians. Last night he appeared to be formulating a response that could include military strikes. “I think enormous retaliation is going to be necessary to make North Korea incapable of provoking us again,” he told Yonhap news agency. Mr Lee insisted that an attack on a village of farmers and fishermen, accustomed to living in peace with the certainty that South Korean forces patrolling the waters around them would ensure their survival, could not go unanswered.

  U.S. sends carrier to Yellow Sea for exercises near Korea
  The Pentagon has dispatched the aircraft carrier strike group led by the USS George Washington to the Yellow Sea for naval exercises with South Korea following the exchange of artillery fire between the North and South. The exercises are likely to anger China which in the past pressed Washington not to send its aircraft carriers to the sea.
   
  The U.S. military command in Seoul announced that the carrier will take part in exercises in “waters west of the Korean peninsula” from Nov. 28 to Dec. 1. “This exercise is defensive in nature,” the statement said. “While planned well before yesterday’s unprovoked artillery attack, it demonstrates the strength of the [South Korea]-U.S. alliance and our commitment to regional stability through deterrence.” The maneuvers also will seek to improve the interoperability of U.S. and South Korean naval forces, the statement said.
   
  The dispatch of the carrier to the Yellow Sea was postponed during earlier anti-submarine warfare exercises amid complaints from Chinese military officials that a carrier in the sea threatened China because U.S. warplanes from the ship could reach targets in China.
   
  Chinese Maj. Gen. Zhu Chenghu told state-run media in July that “if the United States truly wants to take into account the overall interests of the Sino-U.S. relationship, then it must on no account send its USS Washington to the Yellow Sea.” He called the area “sensitive.” The Pentagon rejected the Chinese criticism and said U.S. Navy ships, including carriers, will transit the Yellow Sea because it is in international waters.
   
  Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters last month that “there has been an assertion that we, the U.S., shouldn’t operate in the Yellow Sea. That is international waters. We’re going to operate in the Yellow Sea. We and others.”
   
  The ships scheduled to take part in the exercise in addition to the George Washington include the missile-armed warships USS Cowpens, USS Shiloh, USS Stethem and USS Fitzgerald.
