  The US monetary system is in serious trouble: It is not Incompetence, it is Policy Manipulation
  There is no question the US monetary system is in serious trouble and the situation continues to deteriorate. The smug elitist owners of the system are not getting the desired results and there is great consternation among the players. Since 1913 in running US monetary policy the Fed has had one recession after another and two depressions. The second one is the one we are now in. The Fed’s creation was mainly to end recessions and depressions, something obviously they have been quite unsuccessful at. The reason is they never intended to be successful. The fed was created by its owners to bring them staggering profits, but more importantly, to control the nation politically, economically and financially. The owner’s goal has always been to implement world government and the Fed’s control was designed to bring that about.
             
  True political control of both major parties began in the 1930s and had General Smedly Butler not exposed what this cabal was up too, the final attempt at world government would have happened much sooner. As we moved through the 1960s and 1970s, the political control became manifest with the purchase of most politicians in the house and the Senate. The difference between both parties became almost indistinguishable, as the flow of money grew greater and greater. It’s so bad now that lawmakers do not even read the bills they vote for or against. As Mrs. Pelosi says, “Vote for the bill and we will tell you later what’s in it.” What a novel way of conducting government. The Fed runs the government; the monetary and fiscal policies and the economy make no mistake about it. Yes, they control every facet of policy in every branch of government. In this process they have neutered the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and they make no bones about it. The separation of powers no longer exists; at least for now they control everything. The Fed owners, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup and other domestic players, as well as foreign owners, dictate exactly what is going to happen. The idea is to continually strengthen the corporate control over government and to make sure of the direction of the corporate elitists’ government becomes ever more powerful in the hands of these monopolists.
             
  The fed was not only set up to end recessions and depressions, but to be able to create money and credit as needed in the economy. Since its inception it has created booms and busts just as the Treasury Department did before it. As usual the problems have been greed and politics. Although privately owned the Fed has acted as a branch of government. It was not created to serve the public, but to serve its masters, banking and Wall Street and as an afterthought government. They have also been there to fund government when necessary through monetization, which resulted in inflation.
             
  The results of the actions of the Fed have been a decline in the value of the dollar since 1913 of some 98%. This is what the unbridled issuance of money and credit has done to purchasing power over the past 97 years. A very poor and unenviable record and certainly justification for eliminating the Fed. That has not happen. As we saw recently all those bought and paid for representatives and senators made sure an audit and investigation of the Fed was stopped in its tracks.
             
  The current era of the destruction of the dollar by the Fed began on August 15,1971, when President Richard Nixon closed the gold window. Ever since then dollar purchasing power has plunged and Americans have been stuck with a fiat currency. Those actions culminated in a fall in the value of the dollar, 14-3/8% inflation, $50.00 silver and $850.00 gold in 1980. That was followed by a monetary purge for three years, which was followed by the Fed doing the same thing over and over again. All we saw was debt piled upon debt by the Fed and the Treasury and the same thing happened universally worldwide. A world of Keynesians had been created to march lock step with the Fed. The result of these monetary machinations is a condition that is now irreversible. It’s called deep systemic depression.
             
  Since 1971 we have been enveloped in stagflation, a term created by Harry Schultz, the guru and father of all financial writers. You might liken the roller coaster ride of the past 39 years to planned chaos. Some called it business cycles. We call it Fed manipulation. The Fed switched from targeting money supply as we approached 1980, because it constrained their ability to issue vast amounts of money and credit thus they used interest rates as a manipulative device. Paul Volcker, Fed Chairman, learned a very important lesson in the 1980s and that was gold had to be suppressed if monetary policy were to work. In August of 1988 President Reagan signed the Executive order creating the “President’s Working Group on Financial Markets,” which has been used to suppress gold and silver prices ever since and manipulate markets worldwide ever since. This mechanism allowed the Fed to do anything they pleased. The result was during the late 1990s and into today’s markets, we see banks that within the fractional banking system not only lend nine times underlying assets, which was considered normal, but they lent up to 70 times. That was truly a banking system out of control. There is no banker in his right mind that would have done such a thing if not instructed to by the Fed. That puts us right where we are today with banks still extended at 40 times assets. We are now learning that creating money and credit does not create real wealth. The result has been three years of credit crisis or as referred to as GFC, the Global Financial Crisis. There are many things that created such a crisis, but the main ones are unbridled creation of money and credit, a socialist-fascist welfare state, war and the absence of a gold standard, whose restraints would have prohibited what we have seen.

  On September 10, Israel’s YnetNews.com headlined, “IDF sexually abused Palestinian children,” headlining:
   
  “Damning (September 9) CNN report cites uncorroborated sexual abuse charges of Palestinian children detained by IDF.” Military officials refused to “respond to abuse charges as no details (were) provided,” a spokesman saying “We cannot address general claims on the subject in the absence of a specific complaint.”
   
  CNN’s report “featured an unidentified Palestinian boy claiming that IDF forces attempted to insert an object into his rectum,” and that dozens of officers present stood around laughing while it happened.
   
  The network cited Defence of Children International (DCI) as its source, an independent NGO involved in promoting and protecting children’s rights globally for over 30 years, founded on the date the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) passed 10 years later.
   
  In May 2010, it asked the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture to investigate 14 cases of sexual assault or threatened assault it uncovered – committed by Israeli soldiers, interrogators, and police from January 2009 – April 2010. The abused children were from 13 – 16 years old, detained for offenses like stone-throwing harming no one.
   
  DCI-Palestine expressed alarm about sworn affidavits children provided, explaining instances of sexual assault or threatened assault to obtain confessions. In 2009 alone, DCI reviewed 100 sworn affidavits attesting to the following:
   
  – 97% of children said their hands were tied during interrogations;
  – 92% said they were blindfolded or hooded;
  – 81% said forced confessions were made;
  – 69% said they were beaten or kicked;
  – 65% said they were arrested from midnight to 4AM;
  – 50% said they were verbally abused;
  – 49% cited threats or inducements;
  – 32% were forced to sign confessions in Hebrew they didn’t understand;
  – 26% cited painful position abuse;
  – 14% were in solitary confinement;
  – 12% were threatened with sexual assault; and
  – 4%, in fact, were sexually assaulted.
   
  It included grabbing boys by the testicles until they confessed, and threatening others as young as 13 with rape unless they admitted to “throwing stones at Israeli settler vehicles in the occupied West Bank.”

  In its April 2008 report, the Palestinian Ministry of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs said over 7,000 children had been arrested since September 2000, the start of the second Intifada. About 360 were still held, some as young as 10, treated as harshly as adults, in violation of international law requiring special treatment for children.
   
  Of these, 145 had been sentenced, 200 awaited trial, and 15 were being administratively held without charge for offenses as trivial as stone-throwing. The report also said about 500 youths arrested turned 18 in prison. About 75 were ill and not treated, and nearly all had been tortured or abused by beatings, hooding, painful shackling, and sleep deprivation for several days in the shabeh position.
   
  It involves binding their hands and feet to a small chair, at times from behind to a pipe affixed to the wall, painfully slanted forward, hooded with a filthy sack, and played loud music nonstop through loudspeakers.

• The way to initiate a worldwide collapse is via the US treasury market and the USD. All countries need USD to buy oil. Thus, practically all countries carry USD or US treasuries. When commodity prices rise, it will cause massive inflation followed by famine and starvation.
   
• For China which holds 66% of its reserves denominated in USD, they may lose 50% of their holdings overnight: US$ 800B lost. This will reflect mainly in lost purchasing power. Many countries will go bankrupt! Say a country has US$5B in for international trade settlement, oil… overnight their US$5B may be worth $2.5B of purchasing power. When the market goes into panic mode, people all over the world will ‘throw away’ their USD and buy hard asset.   Doomsday warnings of US apocalypse gain ground
  Economists peddling dire warnings that the world’s number one economy is on the brink of collapse, amid high rates of unemployment and a spiraling public deficit, are flourishing here.
   
  The guru of this doomsday line of thinking may be economist Nouriel Roubini, thrust into the forefront after predicting the chaos wrought by the subprime mortgage crisis and the collapse of the housing bubble. ”The US has run out of bullets,” Roubini told an economic forum in Italy earlier this month. “Any shock at this point can tip you back into recession.”
   
  But other economists, who have so far stayed out of the media limelight, are also proselytizing nightmarish visions of the future. Boston University professor Laurence Kotlikoff, who warned as far back as the 1980s of the dangers of a public deficit, lent credence to such dark predictions in an International Monetary Fund publication last week.
   
  He unveiled a doomsday scenario — which many dismiss as pure fantasy — of an economic clash between superpowers the United States and China, which holds more than 843 billion dollars of US Treasury bonds.
   
  “A minor trade dispute between the United States and China could make some people think that other people are going to sell US treasury bonds,” he wrote in the IMF’s Finance & Development review. “That belief, coupled with major concern about inflation, could lead to a sell-off of government bonds that causes the public to withdraw their bank deposits and buy durable goods.”
   
  Kotlikoff warned such a move would spark a run on banks and money market funds as well as insurance companies as policy holders cash in their surrender values. “In a short period of time, the Federal Reserve would have to print trillions of dollars to cover its explicit and implicit guarantees. All that new money could produce strong inflation, perhaps hyperinflation,” he said.

“I saw dead women in their houses with their skirts up to their waists and their legs spread apart; dozens of young men shot after being lined up against an ally wall; children with their throats slit, a pregnant woman with her stomach chopped open, her eyes still wide open, her blackened face silently screaming in horror; countless babies and toddlers who had been stabbed or ripped apart and who had been thrown into garbage piles”.

  Dr. Franklin Lamb: Munir’s Story: 28 years after the Massacre at Sabra-Shatila
  The untreated psychic wounds are still open. Accountability, justice and basic civil rights for the survivors are still denied. Scores of horror testimonies have been shared over the past nearly three decades by survivors of the September 1982 Sabra- Shatila massacre. More come to light only through circumstantial evidence because would be affiants perished during the slaughter. Other eyewitness are just beginning to emerge from deep trauma or self imposed silence.
   
  Some testimonies will be shared this month by massacre survivors at Shatila camp. They will sit with the ever growing numbers of international visitors who annually come to commemorate one of the most horrific crimes of the 20th century.
   
  There are no average massacre testimonies.
  Zeina, a handsome bronzed-faced middle-aged woman, an acquaintance of Munir Mohammad’s family, asked a foreigner the other day: “How can it be 28 years? I think it was just last fall that my husband Hussam and our two daughters, Maya, 8 years old, and Sirham, 9 years old, left our two room home to search for food because the Israeli army had sealed Shatila camp nearly two days before and few inside Shatila Camp had any. I still pray and wait for them to return.”
   
  In Shatila Palestinian refugee camp and outside Abu Yassir’s shelter, the bullet marks still cover the lower half of the 11 “walls of death” where some of the dried blood is mixed and feathered in with the thin mortar. An elderly gentleman named Abu Samer still has some souvenirs of the event: three American automatic pistols fitted with silencers, a couple of knives and axes that were strapped to some of the killers belts as they quickly and silently shot, carved and chopped whoever they came upon starting at around 6 pm on Thursday September 16, 1982. Plus a couple of whisky bottles. These weapons were gifted to Israel by the US Congress and subsequently issued along with drugs and alcohol and other “policing equipment” to the killers in his “most moral army” by Ariel Sharon.
   
  Earlier this year, one of the murderers from the Numour al-Ahrar (Tigers of the Liberals) militia, the armed wing of Lebanon’s right-wing National Liberal Party founded by former Lebanese President Camille Chamoun, nonchalantly confessed, “we sometimes used these implements in order to advance silently through the alleys of Shatila so as not to cause unnecessary panic during our work.” The Tigers militia, one of five Christian killer units, was assisted inside Shatila by more than two dozen Israeli Mossad agents, and led in this blitz by none other than Dani Chamoun, son of the former President.
   
  No plaque or sign notes what happened here.
  The world learned of the slaughter at Sabra-Shatila on the morning of Sunday September 19, 1982. Photos, many now available on the Internet, taken by witnesses such as Ralph Shoneman, Mya Shone, Ryuichi Hirokawa, Ali Hasan Salman, Ramzi Hardar, Gunther Altenburg, and Gaza and Akka Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Hospital staff, preserve the gruesome images deeply etched in the survivors memory. The Israeli Kahan Commission, five months later in its February 7, 1983 Report, substantially whitewashed Israeli responsibility referring more than once to the massacre as “a war.”
   
  Zeina ushered me down a narrow alley from her house arriving at the 3 by 8 meter wall outside her sister’s home, spraying here and there with an aerosol can as we walked. She apologized for the spray but insisted that she and her neighbors could even now smell the slaughter that happened there three decades earlier.
   
  For readers unfamiliar with the location of Shatila Palestinian Refugee Camp in Beirut, this particular “wall of death” is located across from the PRCS Akka Hospital, such as it is, after years without adequate financial or NGO support. Locating the 11 “walls of death” requires help from the few older Palestinians who still live in this quarter. They are among those still living at the scene and who still vividly recall the details of the massacre. Some provide personal history of some of the butchered, seemingly urging the dead to return by making them seem so alive, often describing a personality trait and the name of their family village in Palestine.
   
  “A sweet boy who adored his older brothers Mutid and Bilal.”
  Zeina recalls that Munir Mohammad was 12 years old on September 16, 1982, a pupil at the Shatila camp school, named Jalil (Galilee). Virtually all of the 75 remaining UNRWA schools in Lebanon, like other Palestinian institutions, are named after villages, towns or cities in occupied Palestine. Often they are named after villages that no longer actually exist, being among the 531 villages the Zionists colonizers obliterated during and after the 1947-48 Nakba (Catastrophe).
   
  Zeina recalls that it was late on a Thursday afternoon, September 16, that the Israeli shelling had grown intense. Designed to drive the camp residents into the shelters, almost all of which Israeli intelligence, arriving the previous day in three white vehicles and posing as “concerned NGO staff” had identified and noted the coordinates on their maps. Some residents, thinking aid workers had come to help the refugees, actually revealed their secret sanctuaries. Other refugees, based on their experience in the crowded shelters during the preceding 75 days of indiscriminate, “Peace for Galilee” Israeli bombing of Shatila, suggested to the “aid workers” that the shelters needed better ventilation and perhaps the visitors would help provide it.
   
  According to Zeina the Israeli agents quickly sketched the shelter locations, marked them with a red circle and returned to their HQ which was located less than 70 meters on the raised terrain at the SE corner of Shatila camp still known as Turf Club Yards. Today, this sandy area still contains three death pits which according to the late American journalist Janet Stevens is where some of the hundreds of still missing bodies of the more than 3,000 slaughtered are likely buried. Janet had theorized that there was a second Sabra-Shatila Massacre that occurred on Sunday morning, September 19th, which piggybacked the first and was conducted on the west side of Shatila inside the second Israeli-Phalange HQ, known as the Cite Sportiff athletic complex. As the Israeli soldiers took custody from the Phalange militia of the surviving refugees, trucks entered Cite Sportiff loaded with hundreds of camp residents on the back to be taken to “holding centers”. Family members forced to wait outside heard volleys of gunfire and screams from inside the complex. Hours later the same flat beds drove away to unknown locations, tarps covering the unseen mounded cargo.

• The 9/11 Commission’s co-chairs said that the 9/11 Commissioners knew that military officials misrepresented the facts to the Commission, and the Commission considered recommending criminal charges for such false statements (free subscription required)
• 9/11 Commission co-chair Lee Hamilton says “I don’t believe for a minute we got everything right”, that the Commission was set up to fail, that people should keep asking questions about 9/11, and that the 9/11 debate should continue
• 9/11 Commissioner Timothy Roemer said “We were extremely frustrated with the false statements we were getting”
• 9/11 Commissioner Max Cleland resigned from the Commission, stating: “It is a national scandal”; “This investigation is now compromised”; and “One of these days we will have to get the full story because the 9-11 issue is so important to America. But this White House wants to cover it up”
• 9/11 Commissioner Bob Kerrey said that “There are ample reasons to suspect that there may be some alternative to what we outlined in our version . . . We didn’t have access . . . .” He also said that the investigation depended too heavily on the accounts of Al Qaeda detainees who were physically coerced into talking
• And the Senior Counsel to the 9/11 Commission (John Farmer) – who led the 9/11 staff’s inquiry – recently said “At some level of the government, at some point in time…there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened”. He also said “I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described …. The tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years…. This is not spin. This is not true.” And he said: “It’s almost a culture of concealment, for lack of a better word. There were interviews made at the FAA’s New York center the night of 9/11 and those tapes were destroyed. The CIA tapes of the interrogations were destroyed. The story of 9/11 itself, to put it mildly, was distorted and was completely different from the way things happened”
   
  If even the 9/11 Commissioners don’t buy the official story, why do you?
   
  Senior intelligence officers:
• Former military analyst and famed whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg said that the case of a certain 9/11 whistleblower is “far more explosive than the Pentagon Papers”. He also said that the government is ordering the media to cover up her allegations about 9/11. And he said that some of the claims concerning government involvement in 9/11 are credible, that “very serious questions have been raised about what they [U.S. government officials] knew beforehand and how much involvement there might have been”, that engineering 9/11 would not be humanly or psychologically beyond the scope of the current administration, and that there’s enough evidence to justify a new, “hard-hitting” investigation into 9/11 with subpoenas and testimony taken under oath (see this and this)
• A 27-year CIA veteran, who chaired National Intelligence Estimates and personally delivered intelligence briefings to Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, their Vice Presidents, Secretaries of State, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and many other senior government officials (Raymond McGovern) said “I think at simplest terms, there’s a cover-up. The 9/11 Report is a joke”
• A 29-year CIA veteran, former National Intelligence Officer (NIO) and former Director of the CIA’s Office of Regional and Political Analysis (William Bill Christison) said “I now think there is persuasive evidence that the events of September did not unfold as the Bush administration and the 9/11 Commission would have us believe (and see this)
• A number of intelligence officials, including a CIA Operations Officer who co-chaired a CIA multi-agency task force coordinating intelligence efforts among many intelligence and law enforcement agencies (Lynne Larkin) sent a joint letter to Congress expressing their concerns about “serious shortcomings,” “omissions,” and “major flaws” in the 9/11 Commission Report and offering their services for a new investigation (they were ignored)
• A decorated 20-year CIA veteran, who Pulitzer-Prize winning investigative reporter Seymour Hersh called “perhaps the best on-the-ground field officer in the Middle East”, and whose astounding career formed the script for the Academy Award winning motion picture Syriana (Robert Baer) said that “the evidence points at” 9/11 having had aspects of being an inside job
• The Division Chief of the CIA’s Office of Soviet Affairs, who served as Senior Analyst from 1966 – 1990. He also served as Professor of International Security at the National War College from 1986 – 2004 (Melvin Goodman) said “The final [9/11 Commission] report is ultimately a coverup”
   
  If even our country’s top intelligence officers don’t buy the official story, why do you?
   
  Congressmen:
• According to the Co-Chair of the Congressional Inquiry into 9/11 and former Head of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Bob Graham, an FBI informant had hosted and rented a room to two hijackers in 2000 and that, when the Inquiry sought to interview the informant, the FBI refused outright, and then hid him in an unknown location, and that a high-level FBI official stated these blocking maneuvers were undertaken under orders from the White House (confirmed here)
• Current Democratic U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy said “The two questions that the congress will not ask . . . is why did 9/11 happen on George Bush’s watch when he had clear warnings that it was going to happen? Why did they allow it to happen?”
• Current Republican Congressman Ron Paul calls for a new 9/11 investigation and states that “we see the [9/11] investigations that have been done so far as more or less cover-up and no real explanation of what went on”
• Current Democratic Congressman Dennis Kucinich hints that we aren’t being told the truth about 9/11
• Current Republican Congressman Jason Chafetz says that we need to be vigilant and continue to investigate 9/11
• Former Democratic Senator Mike Gravel states that he supports a new 9/11 investigation and that we don’t know the truth about 9/11

• The Group Director on matters of national security in the U.S. Government Accountability Office said that President Bush did not respond to unprecedented warnings of the 9/11 disaster and conducted a massive cover-up instead of accepting responsibility
• Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense under President Ronald Reagan (Col. Ronald D. Ray) said that the official story of 9/11 is “the dog that doesn’t hunt”
• The former director of the FBI (Louis Freeh) says there was a cover up by the 9/11 Commission

• 9/11 truth will not go away. The Illuminist snakes who engineered it and the resultant wars will not get away with it. Over 1 million Iraqi civilians and over 250,000 Afghans are dead. This is genocide. Americans must wake up and refuse to participate in any of these wars. It has nothing to do with protecting and defending your country.   U.S. Military Officers For 9/11 Truth !
  As Commissioned and Non-commissioned Officers in the U.S. military, we took an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” 
   
  Regardless of our current status — active duty, reserves, retired, or civilian — that oath remains in force. Therefore it is not just our responsibility as citizens, it is our duty as officers to expose the real perpetrators of 9/11 and bring them to justice, no matter how hard it is, how long it takes, how much we have to suffer, or where it leads us.
   
  We believe the official account of 9/11 as defined in the 9/11 Commission Report is grossly inaccurate and fatally flawed.  
   
  It is imperative that we have an accurate understanding of 9/11 so that those responsible can be identified and brought to justice in order that they and similarly-minded people never again commit such heinous crimes.
   
  It is also imperative that we have an accurate understanding of 9/11 so that governmental policies and military actions resulting from 9/11 are based on truth rather than deception.
   
  We join with others, such as Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, Pilots for 9/11 Truth, Firefighters for 9/11 Truth, Veterans for 9/11 Truth, Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth, and Lawyers for 9/11 Truth, and millions of individual citizens in demanding a thorough, impartial, open and transparent reinvestigation of the terrorist acts of 9/11.
   
  PETITION:
  We, the undersigned current and former Commissioned and Non-commissioned U.S. Military Officers, believe that whereas:
   
  - There is incontrovertible publicly available evidence since 9/11/01 that the official account of the events of that day is incomplete and fraught with errors;
   
  - The 9/11 Commission Report inadequately answered, and in numerous cases even failed to address, many of the most important questions that were called to its attention;
   
  - The blatant disregard of extensive compelling evidence that clearly refutes the official account raises rational suspicion of intentional deception by agents of the U.S. Government;
   
  - U.S. Government policies and military actions have been, and continue to be, founded upon assumptions about the events of 9/11 that are likely to be erroneous;
   
  - As a result of U.S. military action based on the official account of 9/11, thousands of U.S. servicemen and women and hundreds of thousands of civilians have lost their lives; and
   
  - The perpetrators of the heinous crimes against humanity that were committed on 9/11 have still not been brought to justice.
   
  Therefore, we petition the Congress of the United States for a new and independent investigation into the events of 9/11/01 by a duly constituted legal body with the authority to subpoena and require testimony under oath, and with authority to prosecute if criminal activity is discovered, so that the perpetrators of these crimes against humanity can at last be brought to justice.
