Weather Wars and the Devil’s HAARP!

• The current anomalous weather is highly suspicious. The jet stream has been disrupted. But by what? Could the dead Gulf Loop current and broken Gulf stream be the cause? It is probably part of the problem. I still think that someone has started the weather wars using their tectonic and weather warfare weapons (HAARP).
    
  Weather Wars and the Devil’s HAARP
  … Are the current weather events part of that natural wave pattern of upheaval and stability, a cyclical eruption of the sun, or are there clear manufactured patterns emerging?
   
  The HAARP project has been shrouded in secrecy and speculation since its inception.  ….. weather modification (and weaponization) has been consistently discussed and researched by the military and the Elite to a level that indicates there is something worth pursuing.  Let us look at a few things we know for certain:
   
  HAARP is a military installation
  Officials downplay the facility as pure “basic or exploratory research” — working with Alaska University, Fairbanks — possessing no military applications.  Yet, the United States Air Force, Navy and DARPA scientists populate the remote site in Gakona, Alaska.  It is also part of the Strategic Defense Initiative, which answers to the Department of Defense, and makes it a component of “Star Wars” inviting NASA into the mix.  At the very least, the communications and surveillance applications fit in perfectly with national security via sea and sky.
   
  It is a weather modification apparatus
  The scientists at HAARP do not deny the capacity for structural modification of the atmosphere, but they continue to insist that their academic studies are limited to a small swath around the facility.  However, there is an indication of wider use:  the premier defense contractor, Raytheon, is now the owner of most of many relevant patents surrounding the research being conducted there.  Of twelve patents that form the backbone, #4,686,605 says it all: “Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere.”
   
  Weather weapons have been considered by the Elite as a Potential Tool for Control
  Zbigniew Brzezenski is the world’s foremost geopolitical director.  His seminal books, The Grand Chessboard and Between Two Ages have so many quotable passages that it is overkill to list them all.  He is the supreme insider:  Born into Polish nobility; a former National Security Advisor; and co-founder of The Trilaterial Comission with David Rockefeller, he seems to revel in telling the world the future of Elite direction.  There is not a chance that he would have mentioned weather weapons in his books if they were not feasible.  A key passage from Between Two Ages (1970) states, “Technology of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.”
   
  With this in mind, let’s consider some recent events that might suggest HAARP has achieved its full operational potential as a weapon that can be accurately directed to a given target if geopolitical masterminds give the order.
   
  Venezuela Drought — The worst drought in 50 years came in late 2009 after Elites labeled Hugo Chavez an authoritarian (despite repeated popular elections).  They indicated a desire to, “divert the country toward a democracy.”  That type of rhetoric often indicates a mission to destabilize a regime, and impose a true dictator subservient only to the whims of the Globalists.  Big Oil hates iconoclastic leaders who are not members of The Club.  The benefit of political instability can set the stage for a future coup, so we have to wonder if a weather weapon was tested to produce anger among the populace.  Chavez invoked El Nino at the time, but did indicate his awareness of U.S. weather weapons after the Haiti Earthquake.
   
  Pakistan Floods — The suddenness of the weather could be a tipoff.  This is a disaster that experts are saying dwarfs the impact of the 2004 Tsunami in Indonesia, and is the worst in Pakistan history.  And it came by surprise.  Unlike a Tsunami which can have a random earthquake as its source, weather has been charted enough to put meteorologists on TV who presumably make a living off of their accurate analysis.  Yet, millions have been affected, and hundreds of villages erased by this anomalous event that dropped from the skies.  A recent article in the Daily Mail has scientists speculating that a blocked jet stream is causing a prolonged weather system over Pakistan . . . as well as Russia.  A stated ability of HAARP is to “perturb the ionosphere,” which can lead to the stalling, or supercharging of weather systems, as the jet stream is affected.  In fact, it appears that the jet stream has split in two, with one arm going north over Russia, and the other arm heading south into Pakistan; the region in the middle is feeling the effects.
   
  Russia Heat Wave — The worst heatwave in the nation’s history is slowing its economic recovery and causing destabilizing anger in the populace. Major media coldly states that the Russians penchant for alcohol is to blame for the subsequent deaths.  Meanwhile, talk of a climate weapon is increasing in volume.  Then there is Global Warming and carbon taxes:  Russia has been a holdout on the effects of man-made Global Warming and the attendant need to tax industry.  Premier Medvedev stated in late 2009, “We will not cut our development potential.”  He also made it clear that  he believed that Global Warming was, “some kind of tricky campaign made up by some commercial structures to promote their business projects.”  Yet, who can doubt the effects of man-made warming now?  Medvedev was quoted recently doing a complete about-face, “What’s happening with the planet’s climate right now needs to be a wake-up call to all of us, meaning all heads of state, all heads of social organizations, in order to take a more energetic approach to countering the global changes to the climate.”
   
  Freak U.S. Storms — Washington D.C. has been getting pounded.  A recent storm came out of nowhere.   Could this be retaliation from Russia for a perceived (or real) attack on its main agricultural region? The storms produced the first hail in the state’s history and dumped 5 inches of rain per hour, amid 180,000 lightning strikes.  Or, perhaps it was domestically inspired — the area’s freak storm claimed the life of community leader and activist, Carl Henn.  Either way, experts are noting in Russia and D.C. that a change in the jet stream has led to the significant events.  The D.C. events come on the heels of a strange storm in Montana, curiously not long after the governor turned down Federal stimulus money.
    
  The recent death of Ted Stevens is a disturbing development.  Some sources indicate that he was ready to reveal that Obama had given the green light to use weather weapons.  And Stevens might have known; he was the Senator in 1988 that had to be “convinced” to allow his state to house the HAARP project.  At the time, Stevens was insisting to detractors that the HAARP array could end fossil fuel dependence.  Perhaps this is what he was led to believe, so he let the project sail through, until he later learned otherwise.  Also on board the plane was former NASA administrator, Sean O’Keefe, who was enlisted by Stevens to help research the truth.
   
  Government acronyms are very often revealing for their propagandizing; in reality being a 180-degree turn away from what is implied.  HAARP invokes a sense of the peaceful strumming of angels in harmony with all creation. Yet, even if we conclude the most benign intentions, a familiar chestnut warns us that the road is paved straight to Hell.  The title of the definitive book on the subject states it best:  Angels Don’t Play This HAARP.  That is because the strum of mechanistic manipulation is discordant with Nature; it plays a devil’s tune, rasping its way across the strings of existence.
   
  On Earth, it is played out as Full Spectrum Dominance where it needs souls to succeed.  This is the free will of humanity — you must choose your side.  History is a catalogue of Man’s attempts to imitate the Divine.  He has not yet succeeded, but he might just die while trying.

• It is impossible to give you a 100% accurate figure or location of these DUMBs. Such information are highly classified. So such data need confirmation. We are thankful for the many whistleblowers who have come forward and expose this. You should however not have doubts that DUMBs exist. Many of them are city size facilities! Here is the patent and description for the  nuclear subterrene tunnel boring machine by Richard Sauder:
    
  The 1972 patent makes this clear. It states:
   
  “… (D)ebris may be disposed of as melted rock both as a lining for the hole and as a dispersal in cracks produced in the surrounding rock. The rock-melting drill is of a shape and is propelled under sufficient pressure to produce and extend cracks in solid rock radially around the bore by means of hydrostatic pressure developed in the molten rock ahead of the advancing rock drill penetrator. All melt not used in glass-lining the bore is forced into the cracks where it freezes and remains …
   
  “… Such a (vitreous) lining eliminates, in most cases, the expensive and cumbersome problem of debris elimination and at the same time achieves the advantage of a casing type of bore hole liner.” (U.S. Patent No. 3,693,731 dated Sept. 26, 1972
   
  There you have it: a tunneling machine that creates no muck, and leaves a smooth, vitreous (glassy) tunnel lining behind. Another patent three years later was for:
   
  A tunneling machine for producing large tunnels in soft rock or wet, clayey, unconsolidated or bouldery earth by simultaneously detaching the tunnel core by thermal melting a boundary kerf into the tunnel face and forming a supporting excavation wall liner by deflecting the molten materials against the excavation walls to provide, when solidified, a continuous wall supporting liner, and detaching the tunnel face circumscribed by the kerf with powered mechanical earth detachment means and in which the heat required for melting the kerf and liner material is provided by a compact nuclear reactor.
   
  This 1975 patent further specifies that the machine is intended to excavate tunnels up to 12 meters in diameter or more. This means tunnels of 40 ft. or more in diameter. The kerf is the outside boundary of the tunnel wall that a boring machine gouges out as it bores through the ground or rock. So, in ordinary English, this machine will melt a circular boundary into the tunnel face. The melted rock will be forced to the outside of the tunnel by the tunnel machine, where it will form a hard, glassy tunnel lining (see the appropriate detail in the patent itself, as shown in Illustration 41). At the same time, mechanical tunnel boring equipment will grind up the rock and soil detached by the melted kerf and pass it to the rear of the machine for disposal by conveyor, slurry pipeline, etc.
   
  And yet a third patent was issued to the United States Energy Research and Development Administration just 21 days later, on 27 May 1975 for a machine remarkably similar to the machine patented on 6 May 1975. The abstract describes:
   
  A tunneling machine for producing large tunnels in rock by progressive detachment of the tunnel core by thermal melting a boundary kerf into the tunnel face and simultaneously forming an initial tunnel wall support by deflecting the molten materials against the tunnel walls to provide, when solidified, a continuous liner; and fragmenting the tunnel core circumscribed by the kerf by thermal stress fracturing and in which the heat required for such operations is supplied by a compact nuclear reactor.
   
  This machine would also be capable of making a glass-lined tunnel of 40 ft. in diameter or more.  
  

  There seem to be 142-144 such DUMBs in America.

Are You Ready For How Bad It Will Get?

What recovery?

• Do you really believe what the corporate MSM tell you for the past 1-2 years? America is on the path of recovery. Yeah right?! Now they are changing their tune to the potential of a double dip recession. We are in a full-blown depression. The trillions of dollars of stimulus and bailouts have just given us a temporary fillip. The economy is not recovering. The zero percent interest rates have not stimulated the economy at all. Consumers are maxed out, how can they take on more debt? The stock market and Wall Street banksters are the main beneficiaries of the government handouts. 40.8 million people are on food stamps. The real U6 unemployment figure is closer to 22%!
   
  Are You Ready For How Bad It Will Get?
  For months now I have averred that the US economy was not in recovery and that in point of fact all talk of “recovery” was a load of BS. I realize this view is far from the consensus. Even those who are in the bear camp aver that the Stimulus did in fact bring us out of recession at least temporarily. However, I would strongly contend that the recovery was in fact non-existent for the following reasons:
   
  1. The Government data used to validate the recovery (GDP, unemployment, etc) is clearly massaged if not bordering on outright propaganda
   
  2. We are in fact in a depression and the “recovery” was simply a bounce in economic activity taking place within the context of a larger economy contraction
   
  Regarding #1, every Government data point used in promoting the “recovery” had some degree of fudging in it. Let’s consider GDP for instance. There are numerous devious tactics used to overstate GDP growth, however, the most obvious gimmick the BLS uses is overstating GDP growth in the present and then revising it lower in the subsequent quarters.
   
  A perfect example of this is the latest GDP numbers which featured large revisions of the first two quarters of the alleged “recovery”: 3Q09’s GDP growth was revised down from 2.2% to 1.6% and 4Q09’s GDP growth was revised down from 5.6% to 5%.
   
  In my opinion, these revisions occur because the Feds greatly overstate GDP growth via numerous gimmicks and then revise the numbers to be more in-line with reality after the fact. For an example of how the Feds overstate GDP in the present, consider the recent 2Q10 GDP growth numbers. According to last Friday’s announcement, second quarter GDP growth came in at 2.4%. However, several portions of this growth are questionable to say the least.
   
  For starters, the report claimed there was a 21.9% increase in equipment and software purchases. How on earth the Feds can claim this kind of growth in those sectors when durable goods orders decreased 1% across the board in June is beyond me? Were April and May both blockbuster months? No both were already showing signs of a downturn.
   
  So how do we get a 21% increase in equipment and software purchases? There is no explanation for this. We’re meant to simply assume it happened because the Feds say so. Another glaring issue is the BLS’s claims that real residential fixed investment jumped an astounding 27.9% in 2Q10. This would mean that we just put in the fastest Quarter over Quarter growth in the residential fixed income market in over 20 years. And this is at a time when housing prices are rolling over along with home sales?
   
  My primary point is that there are numerous components in the latest GDP number that are extremely suspect. For this reason I am confident in stating that the second quarter’s GDP growth, like all GDP growth in this great “recovery,” is in fact greatly overstated and will be revised downward later this year.

The Gulf Loop Current is dead. The Gulf Stream is broken. The natural ability of the earth to regulate its temperature is now hindered. The Jetstream is not behaving as it should. All the weather anomalies that are happening over the world can be traced to the Gulf oil disaster. I believe the snakes are activating HAARP to attack countries that are considered their enemies and to prepare the ground for the coming World War 3.

  President Barack Obama wanted to convince America that the Gulf of Mexico remains open for business. But perhaps he didn’t want the world to catch another glimpse of his hairless chest. So when he and his daughter, Sasha, took a dip in the sea off Florida this weekend, only the White House photographer was allowed to capture proceedings. 
   
  The official picture was intended to provide evidence that the region’s beaches are back to normal. Yet it soon emerged that the private beach on which it was taken, off Alligator Point in St Andrew Bay, north-west Florida, isn’t technically in the gulf. 
   
  
  Fisherman and Families know Gulf Seafood is unsafe, DEMAND Dispersants stop being sprayed!
  “On Sunday, August 15th, fishing families from across the Gulf Cost will gather in Panama City Beach, Florida, with a message for President Obama: The Gulf of Mexico is still infused with oil and dispersants from the BP disaster, threatening marine life, livelihoods, and the health of the American people.” “Fishermen do not want to lose our credibility or deliver contaminated seafood to market and make people sick.” – Kathy Birren

Then I had a night of sweating and non-stop diarrhea unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.” August 8: “He said that his urine was still ‘brown’.”
   
  August 11: “I’m still feeling terrible. I’m about to go to the doctor again right now. I might end up in the hospital. I’m short of breath, the diarrhea has been real bad, I still have discolouration in my urine, and the day before yesterday I was coughing up white foam with brown spots in it.” “I’ve got a lot of burning in my mouth right now.”
