The Gaza Blockade Is Illegal and the Flotilla Attack Was an Illegal Act of War!

• The Zionists are doing to the Palestinians what the Nazis did to the Jews in the Polish Ghettos. They are a bunch of liars and mass murderers. It is fair to call them the neo-Nazis of the 21st century. They do not seem to have the empathy gene at all. 
   
  Because the blockade of Gaza itself violates international law, Israel committed an illegal act of war attacking the convoy, regardless of who attacked whom first.
   
  Israeli officials claimed that the IDF commandos who killed and wounded dozens of activists on a humanitarian aid convoy bound for Gaza this week faced a potentially lethal attack, and opened fire in self-defense. Eyewitnesses on board tell a different story, saying the special forces troops fired on the ships before boarding, weren’t in fact attacked and were unrestrained in their hostility. The question of who attacked whom is irrelevant, however, according to experts in international law. The blockade itself is illegal, and therefore Israel had no right to board those ships in the first place. It renders the argument over culpability moot. Israel committed an illegal act of war attacking the convoy, regardless of who tried to draw “first blood.”

  The parallel is entirely false. Gaza is not an independent state at war with Israel. Gaza is occupied by Israel, and, as such, an entirely different set of international laws apply. As UC Hastings legal scholar George Bisharat explained this week, the 2005 withdrawal of Israeli troops and settlers from the ground in Gaza is immaterial, as the area remains under Israel’s “effective control” — it’s a remote occupation but an occupation nonetheless.
   
  Under customary international law that Israel accepts as binding … a territory is “occupied” when foreign forces exercise “effective control” over it, whether accomplished through the continuous presence of ground troops or not.
   
  Israel patrols the territorial waters and airspace of the Gaza Strip, regulates Gaza’s land borders, restricts internal movements by excluding Gazans from a “buffer zone” that includes 46 percent of the strip’s agricultural land, and controls the Gaza Strip’s supplies of electricity, heating oil, and petrol. Together these factors amount to remote but “effective control.”  
    
  According to Bisharat, this is not a matter of dispute. “The Gaza Strip remains occupied,” he wrote, “as the United Nations, the U.S. government and the International Committee of the Red Cross have all recognized.” Hamas controls the ground within Gaza, but Israel controls Gaza.
   
  There are two important ramifications to this. First, a blockade that restricts the local population’s access to vital goods violates the Fourth Geneva Convention, which specifies that an occupying force has a legally binding duty to protect an occupied population. Bisharat explained it like this:
   
  Israel has authority to halt arms imports into the Gaza Strip. But it also owes a general duty of protection to civilians under its control, and has specific duties to allow them access to adequate food and medical supplies, and to maintain public health standards – duties it has deliberately violated in imposing the siege on Gaza. Currently 77.2 percent of Gaza Palestinians either face or are vulnerable to hunger …
   
  Moreover, collective punishment is specifically barred under Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention. Israeli officials have repeatedly stated that the objective of the blockade is to weaken the Gaza economy and undermine support for Hamas. That is a political, not a military, objective, and it is impermissible under international law to target innocent civilians to achieve nonmilitary goals.
   
  The second point pertains to the attack on the Freedom Flotilla. As Bisharat notes, “Actions taken to enforce an illegal siege cannot themselves be legal.” The Israel commandos were transported 70 miles offshore, into international waters. There, they attacked a civilian vessel flagged to an allied state — a NATO member — and killed and wounded some yet unclarified number of activists whose journey was motivated by their opposition to the blockade.
   
  ….Because the blockade violates international law, and Israel had no military justification for boarding her with special forces troops, it rather constituted an “illegal act of war.” Craig Murray, a former British Ambassador to Uzbekistan, called the legal situation “very plain” ….

• The BP oil spill looks more and more suspicious as I inspect it in detail. One of the question is: why isn’t BP or the US government using oil eating microbes instead of the poisonous chemical dispersant? This safe, effective and natural microbe solution has been available since the 1980s. Henry Makow gives us his unusual perspective!
   
  We think of war in terms of missiles and tanks and bombs. But a far superior form of war is to disguise attacks as false flag terrorism like 9-11, natural disaster like Katrina or an accident like the April 20 BP oil spill. This way the victim is not aware of his attacker, and cannot take countermeasures.
   
  The parallels between the oil spill and Katrina are uncanny. In both cases, the American Gulf coast was attacked, and the Presidential response was deemed tardy and ineffective. In the case of Katrina, the levees were blown up 12 hours after the hurricane had passed. 
   
  The “tell” is the failure of the Obama Administration to declare a State of Emergency and take immediate action to stop the gusher. It is hard to believe that an Administration facing a national election in six months would sit on its hands while oil poured onto America’s Gulf coast. Last week, Obama was announcing a commission to study the causes while failing to address the blow-out itself.
   
  It is hard to believe that an industry which hosts hundreds of deep sea oil wells has not developed a contingency plan. Hard to believe that the richest and most technologically advanced country in the world appears helpless in the face of this disaster. The optics for Obama are terrible. Even the Huffington Post, which is a Murdoch-sponsored Obama puff sheet could not hide its exasperation and impatience with Obama’s tepid response.
   
  But the Rothschilds treat Presidents like Kleenex — use and throw away.  Every President in my lifetime has left office in some kind of disgrace. The purpose is to demoralize Americans and make them lose faith in their government and democracy. Who owns BP? The Rothschilds. Who owns Barack Obama? The Rothschilds. How hard would it be to stage this accident and then ensure a failed response?
   
  CONTEXT
  The  BP oil spill must be seen in the context of an ongoing covert war against America waged by the Illuminati, i.e. the Masonic Jewish central banking cartel led by the Rothschilds.
   
  Concurrent with the BP blow-out, world financial markets are gyrating because European banks again are being bailed out by taxpayers to the tune of over a trillion dollars. The loans are to Greece, Portugal etc. but the creditors are the German and French banks owned by the Rothschild etc. whose stocks are soaring again. The loans were created out of thin air but the taxpayers will repay them with their freedom and prosperity. 
   
  Just six months ago, we were in the throes of a man-made swine flu pandemic that required mass inoculation. Just 14-20 months ago, we were wrestling with the world financial crisis caused by the banks deliberately giving inflated mortgages to insolvent people. Lest we forget, on Sept. 11 2001, the Illuminati attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and blamed it on “Muslim terrorists.” How stupid do they think we are? Again, the government response was tardy and inadequate, on purpose.
   
  We are under constant attack by Illuminati bankers and their lackeys in government and media. The two world wars, the Korean and Vietnam Wars, the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, are all forms of Illuminati attack on America. They also attack our moral and social fabric by promoting sexual “liberation” (promiscuity), feminism, homosexuality, public obscenity, violence, pedophilia and porn in music and in the mass media in general.
   
  So why do we look at an ecological disaster in the Gulf of  Mexico as if it were occurring in isolation? 
   
  THE KEY TO OUR EXASPERATION
  The explanation can be found in a book that we have been trained Pavlov-style to reject. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is the work of a Jewish Masonic secret society. Caught red-handed, they attempted to confuse the issue of world domination with anti-Semitism. The vast majority of Jews is not aware, let alone in favor of this plot for world government dictatorship by a small “Jewish” financial elite and their Masonic allies. In the Protocols, the author, who I suspect was Lionel Rothschild (1808-1879) writes that their goal is:
   
  “To wear everyone out by dissensions, animosities, feuds, famine, inoculation of diseases, want, until the Gentiles see no other way of escape except by appeal to our money and our power.” (Protocol 10)
   
  “We will so wear out and exhaust the Gentiles by all this that they will be compelled to offer us an international authority, which by its position will enable us to absorb without disturbance all the governmental forces of the world and thus form a super-government.” (Protocol 5)
   
  CONCLUSION
  We will continue to be pummeled until we acknowledge this long-term undeclared war and expose and neutralize the enemy.Desperate times require desperate measures. The only solution to this mess is to nationalize the Fed, and disown that portion of the national debt that was created out of thin air. Then, we must break up the media cartels and ensure that elections are publicly funded. The power of the Israel lobby must be broken and all pro-Zionist candidates renounced. (Zionism is a tool of the bankers.) 
   
  Frankly, I am not optimistic. Our leaders — political, cultural and economic — are all beholden to the current self-destructive system. And we are not in the habit of taking strong medicine. But if we don’t, we will sink deeper into a malignant web fashioned by Satanists.

  Troubling evidence surrounding the Deepwater Horizon explosion on April 20th suggests that the incident could have been manufactured. On April 12th, just over one week before the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded, Halliburton, the world’s second largest oilfield services corporation, surprised some by acquiring Boots & Coots, a relatively small but vastly experienced oil well control companies.
   
  The company deals with fires and blowouts on oil rigs and oil wells. It was responsible for putting out roughly one third of the more than 700 oil well fires set in Kuwait by retreating Iraqi soldiers during the Gulf War.
    
  The deal itself is still under scrutiny with Boots and Coots facing an ongoing investigation into “possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law” Where this information gets really interesting is with the fact that Halliburton is named in the majority of some two dozen lawsuits filed since the explosion by Gulf Coast people and businesses who claim that the company is to blame for the disaster.
   
  Halliburton was forced to admit in testimony at a congressional hearing last month that it carried out a cementing operation 20 hours before the Gulf of Mexico rig went up in flames. The lawsuits claim that four Halliburton workers stationed on the rig improperly capped the well.
    
  As the New York Times noted on May 26th, “BP officials chose, partly for financial reasons, to use a type of casing for the well that the company knew was the riskier of two options,” Workers from the rig and company officials have said that hours before the explosion, gases were leaking through the cement, which had been set in place by the oil services contractor, Halliburton. Investigators have said these leaks were the likely cause of the explosion.”
