Hugo Chavez Warns of War in South America!

Why is Chavez warning of war in South America? Is he as nutty as the MSM make him out to be? The western Illuminati controlled press do not like him because he refuses to submit to their financial hegemony and control. Are there facts to support Chavez’s warning? Last year saw the re-activation of the US 4th fleet after 58 years:

Reactivation of U.S. Fourth Fleet Raises Concerns
On April 24th, Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Gary Roughhead announced the re-establishment of the U.S. Fourth Fleet responsible for U.S. Navy ships, aircraft and submarines operating in the Caribbean, and Central and South America.

Effective July 1st, the Fourth Fleet will have operational responsibility for U.S. Navy assets assigned from east and west coast fleets to operate in the SOUTHCOM area. Meanwhile, Cuba’s Fidel Castro and Bolivia’s Evo Morales have expressed concern.

The ailing Castro raised the question in a column published Monday in the Communist Party newspaper Granma, suggesting it signaled a return to gunboat diplomacy. “The aircraft carriers and nuclear bombs that threaten our countries are used to sow terror and death, but not to combat terrorism and illegal activities,” he wrote on Monday. Evo Morales, president of landlocked Bolivia, called it “the FourthFleet of intervention” in an interview with Cuban television. The U.S. Fourth Fleet was originally established in 1943 during WWII. It was absorbed by the Second Fleet in 1950.

NSW Commander Departs for U.S. 4th Fleet
The commander of Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) turned over command of 8,400 Navy SEALs, special warfare combatant-craft crewmen and supporting staff during a ceremony today at the Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado, Calif.

Rear Admiral Joseph D. Kernan relinquished command to his deputy commander, Rear Adm. Garry J. Bonelli. Kernan had served at the helm of the Navy’s special operations forces since last June.

Kernanwill go on to serve as both commander, U.S. 4th Fleet, and commander, U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command in Mayport, Fla. U.S. 4th Fleet is responsible for U.S. Navy ships, aircraft and submarines operating in the Caribbean Sea and Central and South America and the surrounding waters. The command was originally operational from 1943-1950 before it was disestablished. The Chief of Naval Operations announced its re-establishment April 24.
Why was the 4th fleet re-activated in 2008? It was de-activated in 1950. What threat is there to the United States? It is obvious this 4th fleet mean business. Why else would you put a Naval Special Warfare guy in charge?
Is Chavez the only guy worried by the re-activation of the 4th fleet? Not at all!

Argentina worried over U.S. fleet for Latin America
Argentina on Tuesday expressed worries over the recent decision by the United States to reactivate its Fourth Fleet to patrol waters off Latin America.

Ecuador’s Leader Purges Military and Moves to Expel American Base
Chafing at ties between American intelligence agencies and Ecuadorean military officials, President Rafael Correa is purging the armed forces of top commanders and pressing ahead with plans to cast out more than 100 members of the American military from an air base here in this coastal city.
Latin American leaders are under no illusion what the re-activation of the US 4th fleet after 58 years means. War is being planned for Latin America. The region is resource rich. The corporate fascist US ruling elites: banksters, military industrial complex, Big Oil… will once again send young Americans to fight in dubious wars for their evil objectives. The Telegraph UK reports :

Leftist leaders from Venezuela and Ecuador have angrily denounced a US military presence in Latin America, warning the “winds of war” were blowing across South America.

Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan president, led the charge, attacking Colombia’s decision to host American forces at seven of its bases, a move also condemned by Rafael Correa, Ecuador’s leader. Speaking in Quito at a regional summit, Mr Chavez said he was fulfilling his “moral duty” by telling fellow leaders that the “winds of war were beginning to blow,” because of the July accord between Bogota and Washington. “This could generate a war in South America,” he told the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR).

The heightened rhetoric came a day after Mr Chavez accused Colombia’s leader Alvaro Uribe and the Colombian military of “provocations” by entering Venezuelan territory. Colombia’s foreign ministry denied the charge.

Moderate Latin American countries, led by Brazil and Argentina, agreed in Quito to hold a summit, probably in Argentina later this month, to discuss the deal that has angered many in the region.

Colombia raised concern throughout the region, which has a troubled history of US military interventions, when it announced a deal on July 15 to allow American forces to coordinate anti-drug operations from seven of its military bases. “I hope the installation of these bases… does not strengthen the warmongering policies of the (Colombian) government and the fight, not against drug trafficking, but against the insurgent governments of our America,” Correa said in his inaugural address.

Ecuador recently refused to renew an agreement with Washington that saw the US military installed at the Manta Air Base on Ecuador’s Pacific coast. Mr Chavez has led a diplomatic offensive against the Colombia-US agreement in recent weeks, saying he feared the move amounted to preparations for an invasion of his country by a “Yankee military force.” Colombia and the United States have insisted the bases are meant only to expand the US fight against drug trafficking in Colombia.

The United States is Functionally Bankrupt!

The only way the United States can continue living in denial is if foreigners continue to finance all the borrowing. However, recent indications are that China and Russia are starting to say No More! Although, the FedRes can monetize debts by printing money out of thin air. The reality is: the USD is toast.
Ben Bernanke said he will stop monetizing after the US$300B is used up, sometime in October. How is the US government going to finance another US$2T next financial year? Maybe helicopter Ben will be showing his true hands soon: a sharp devaluation of the USD, revaluation of price of gold. This will cause inflation and help the banksters’ balance sheet. This act will cause hard assets to inflate in value and correspondingly paper debts to devalue.
Imagine if a bankster has physical gold worth US$100B (based on US$1000/ounce). When the price of gold is revalued to US$10,000/ounce, his physical gold will be worth US$1 T. So the bankster effectively has ‘raised’ US$900B in ‘new’ capital. This will make alot of banks holding toxic derivatives solvent! The US government will also be solvent again!
Washington Times reports :

The United States is functionally bankrupt. Our collective capacity to deal with this astonishing fact is seemingly nonexistent. Our national politics have become show business, exhibiting a complete refusal to strategically respond to this reality.

Let’s look at the simple numbers of our national debt. Our on-the-books national debt is $11.6 trillion. But off-the-books federal debt, including Medicare and Social Security, is $107 trillion. This is not a made-up number; this is the money we should have in the bank, according to the federal government’s own accountants, to pay for our current promises to our retirees and future retirees, and this doesn’t include unfunded obligations that we have to the pensions and benefits promised to federal workers and veterans. Nor does it include huge unfunded pension and benefit obligations for other public employees at levels below the federal government.

But let’s just add the $11 trillion to the $107 trillion, and we get $118 trillion. These are big numbers but still just fifth-grade math. Now our total annual national output, or gross domestic product (GDP), is about $14.3 trillion. Total federal receipts, or income if stated in business terms, are about $2.5 trillion. This means that our debt to federal income ratio is about 47, and that ratio assumes that the federal revenues are free to retire the obligations, which they are not. We must pay for defense and a myriad of other programs. Again, in business terms, there is no free cash flow to pay these massive obligations.

Our total national private net worth, according to the Federal Reserve Board, is about $51.5 trillion. That means our federal unfunded liabilities represent 2.3 times our collective net worth. That’s pretty darn broke.

Ask any accountant, banker, or anyone remotely familiar with simple accounting knowledge if we can service this debt, and the collective answer is a resounding “no.” Any business with these ratios would be a complete basket case, hopelessly bankrupt. Unlike General Motors Corp., there is no one with the wherewithal to bail out the U.S.A.

Even if we significantly slash the federal entitlements by half, we cannot fix this problem. Even if we increase federal receipts from the 50 year average of 18 1/2 percent of GDP to say 27 percent, killing private-sector growth, we cannot fix the problem. We are collectively broke. It is a horrible legacy we are leaving to our children.

Can common sense be restored?

Why Are Internment Camps Being Built?

Many of these camps have been in existence for years. Some are still being built. It goes to show that the Illuminati ruling elite plan everything out far into the future. Both world wars were planned well in advance. The coming 3rd world war has been planned for many decades now. How could anyone be so diabolical and successful? It is because the power behind them is non human. It is Satanic.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin writes :

The Internet is abuzz with news about the construction of internment camps all across America. Of course, “mainstream” media outlets refuse to touch the subject; or if they do, they pooh-pooh the story; they do what Glenn Beck recently did: try to debunk the story as fallacious and impugn people who speak of it as “conspiracy nuts.” The fact that the Becks, Hannitys, Limbaughs, and O’Reillys of the media circus refuse to deal with the construction of large numbers of internment camps does not make them disappear, however.

For starters, all anyone need do to begin a serious investigation of the subject of internment camps is Google the phrase “FEMA Camps.” There is more than enough evidence in that search engine alone to keep one busy with some in-depth private investigation of the subject for quite a while. Another URL to check out is this one from the June 2009 Idaho Observer.

As people read my columns all across America, I have had numerous readers contact me, saying that they have personally witnessed the transportation of construction materials used for internment camps, have actually worked in and around them, or have personally seen such camps. These eyewitness testimonies have come from very credible people, including law enforcement and military personnel, as well as airline pilots and construction workers.

….a friend recently brought this URL to my attention. This is an advertisement by the National Guard promoting the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of “Internment/Resettlement Specialist.” Question: why does the National Guard need to recruit Internment/Resettlement Specialists? What do they know that we should know?

Furthermore, I have had military personnel tell me that many of the US military bases that have been recently “closed” are also being prepared as large-scale “holding areas.” Obviously, the question that begs to be asked is, “Who is the US government planning to intern and resettle?” And another question is, “How many people are they planning to intern that would require the massive number of camps that are apparently being constructed?”

Some suggest that these facilities are being prepared for large numbers of illegal immigrants. This seems extremely doubtful, however, considering the propensity of the federal government to (1) do next to nothing to seriously curtail the flood of illegal aliens into America, (2) do virtually nothing to apprehend illegals known to be in the US, and (3) do everything it can to facilitate the release of those illegals incarcerated by State and local authorities. …the federal government has done everything it can to (1) entice illegals to come to America, and (2) provide every incentive for them to stay illegally in this country after having entered. I feel safe in saying that we can eliminate the possibility that these camps are being prepared for illegal aliens.

Others suggest that these internment camps are being constructed to accommodate “enemy combatants” from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Yet, the total number of these types of detainees is miniscule compared to the detention space being constructed. Can one really imagine the need to build facilities that could accommodate prisoners numbering in the tens of thousands to house a few hundred foreign troops? I don’t think so.

Then, of course, there are those who continue to deny that these internment camps exist at all. But then, were there not thousands of Germans who denied the existence of concentration camps during World War II? These types of people would refuse to believe the sun came up in the east if the government spinmeisters told them it didn’t.

That our federal government is building large numbers of “holding areas” or internment camps seems to be an established fact. The only questions that remain are “Why?” and “For whom?”

….. but it is not a little disconcerting when the same federal government that is building these internment camps begins categorizing Christians, conservatives, people who support the Second Amendment, people who oppose abortion and homosexual marriage, people who oppose the North American Union and the New World Order, people who oppose the United Nations and illegal immigration, and people who voted for Ron Paul or Chuck Baldwin as “extremists,” or “potential dangerous militia members.” Anyone knows that before a government can begin persecuting and imprisoning large groups of people, they must first marginalize them.

Feelings of paranoia notwithstanding, why is the federal government constructing large numbers of internment camps, and who does the government plan on incarcerating in those camps? Those questions still need to be answered.
